Bob Michaels
I build and run the whole system that decides how AI understands your company: the message, the content, the website, the signals the models read, and the measurement that proves it moved.
The CMS era is sunsetting. I built the web before HTML was a standard and watched the CMS era begin. What replaces it is here: sites written in code with AI, readable by AI, able to transact with AI. This site is one of them. Take it for a spin, or read the argument.

The systems I build produce numbers like these.
Each of these came out of a system I architected and built. Trinzik delivered the AI engagements on that platform. Two clients are anonymized.
Numbers are client-verified and I will walk any of them line by line. The win-rate evidence is directional, not a controlled study.
Read how each one was built →Strategy, content, code, and measurement. I deliver the whole chain.
Most buyers need several of these at once, and that is the point. One senior owner across the chain, instead of a row of vendors pointing at each other when the result does not move. Each one opens into the full detail.
I have done this transition before.
In the early web, every company needed to know a developer, because a human wrote the site directly in code. That is exactly where we are again. The only difference is that an AI now assists the human, and the site is at its fastest and most efficient when it stays pure code.
I have lived every one of these iterations from the inside. That is why I know how to take a company through this one.
I built systems where failure was not an option.
Federal recovery money moved through them. Every Texas General Land Office .gov ran on them. Dell ran its worldwide trade compliance on them. Forty-plus universities still do.
recovery.texas.gov
The first CDBG-DR/MIT website in history, standing up after Hurricane Harvey changed how America funds disaster recovery. HUD published my Best Known Practices as a development model.
Texas General Land Office
Every public-facing .gov property for the agency, and 11 years as its Web Accessibility Officer holding them to Section 508 and ADA. No exceptions, no exclusions.
Dell Worldwide Trade Compliance
The profiling system that mapped federal denied-party regulations across sales, credit, and compliance. Dell Americas took it over and rolled it out to the salesforce worldwide.
40+ university platforms
Texas A&M, the University of Texas, Emory, and the University of California system, with accessibility leadership running through all of it.
Building the web from Austin since 1994, before HTML was a standard, without a gap since. U.S. Patent 7,373,346 in security architecture. Every platform shift the web has had has come through my hands, and I shipped through every one of them.
The full record →40+ universities served.

I have played guitar since 1988, and in 1995 I put the first live music internet stream from Austin on the air from a bar on 6th Street, the month the technology could first carry one.
Another company's agent can call mine right now and get a cited answer.
I built this website as proof of my capabilities. You are interacting with the actual work product right now.
The agent, the machine endpoint, the numbers, and the code under all of it are checkable while you sit here. Push on any of it, and if it holds up, let me run the same read on your category.
Leadership roles I take fractionally: Head of AI, VP or Director of AI, Principal Architect. A slice of my week, for as long as you need it. Austin, TX / Remote US.
